E. Oolong Tea and Healthy bones
When the researchers looked at antioxidants present in oolong tea, they found that oolong protects teeth against decay, strengthen the bone structure, prevent osteoporosis, and promote normal, healthy growth of the human body.
A several studies looked at drinking tea over the long term and found effects of drinking tea, more specifically on bone mineral density (BMD). It showed that people who consistently drank black or oolong tea over 10 years ended up dramatically less likely to diminish their bone density during that time span. The researchers theorized that something in the tea (as yet unspecified) actually causes the retention of minerals from other food that we consume.
F. Oolong tea and Diabetes
Oolong tea is recommended by some to be used as an herbal brew for the treatment of type-2 diabetic disorders. This is done in addition supplemental drugs for treating that disease. It seems to help regulate how much blood sugar and insulin is in the bloodstream at any one time. This tends to diminish the wild dips and spikes in blood sugar.
In a 2003 study the scientists found, when oolong tea was combined with standard drug medication, there was further balancing of blood sugar levels and ended the sudden drops in almost all of the test subjects.
This research would tend to make a reasonable person think that oolong tea would be beneficial to the person who has hypoglycemia before there is a critical need for drug intervention. Try oolong tea.
