Neem Tea Enema
Neem is a powerful skin herb. Also many have found it very effective for amoebic intestinal infections and Ulcerative colitis.
The enema baseline recipe start to boil a pint of good water. But before it reaches the boiling point cut off the heat and quickly add 2 tablespoons of the neem leaf powder. Then cover and allow to steep for several minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
Oil Enemas
You can use almost any type of vegetable oil in your enemas.
Mineral Oil for mineral oil is not absorbed in the colon excellent stool softener.
Olive Oil for some oil is absorbed in the colon, very soothing to the colon.
Flaxseed Oil for good at combating candida, slight irritating effective colon wall.
Tea Tree Oil for natural antiseptic, germicide, antibacterial, fungicide.
Some find it very difficult to hold in an oil-enema for more than a few minutes. If holding the oil enema is a problem for you do not worry. Just let it out start again. If you can, lay down while you wait. The urge to go should pass quickly. Then you can get up and pass the contents of you colon without straining to hold it in.
When the oil has been received the colon, don’t be fooled by thinking that you need to pass gas. You may be making a mess.
To make any oil enema you may choose use 8oz. oil of your choice, 2 qts. warm good water. Of course adjust to the amount of water you are using.
Slippery Elm Enema
In your blender, mix 1 Quart of warm good water and 2 tablespoons of slippery elm powder. Just open capsules of it. Blend it and strain it.
