Flaxseed Oil enema
Essential fatty acids found in flaxseed oil are the important healing substances. These fatty acids are used to cause the body to function correctly. However your body does not produce them on its own. Nonetheless they work all over the body protecting cell membranes, thereby making the cell efficiently admit healthy substances while refusing to admit unhealthy substances.
You can make a tea for the enema by brewing 2 to 4 tablespoons of flaxseed in 16oz. of good water Allow to cool to warm before using in your enema.
As far as the flaxseed oil enema – As a baseline add 16 oz. of warm Flaxseed Oil to 1½ quarts of warm filtered warm water.
Tea enema – Black, Oolong, Green, or white tea
Prepare the tea as if you were going to drink it and use as an enema. You might make it extra strong for this purpose. This is polyphenol rich in antioxidants. See my book on teas, to see the many benefits of tea.
Juice from 2 lemons and/or limes or in combo into 2 quarts of water and you have your enema.
Milk Enema
Use 1 1/2 quarts of warm filtered water in 16 oz. of warm raw milk.
Mineral Oil Enema
For this enema you mix 16 oz. of warm mineral oil with 1½ quarts of warm filtered water. Of course as always you adjust the amount that you use as to the amount of water that you will be using.
