Catnip Tea Enema
A catnip tea enema is often used for reducing fever with the plus of re-hydrating the body. Catnip soothes and relaxes to the intestinal lining.
DO NOT use catnip tea enema IF PREGNANT. It can cause a miscarriage.
This is a good enema for diarrhea because it tends to remove the toxins and bad bacteria from your colon. It also reintroduce water into your system. It also stops that diarrhea burning sensation.
A simple warm water enema may stop diarrhea.
Coconut Oil Enema
Adjust to the amount of water you are using but you can use 8 oz. Coconut oil mixed well into 1 1/2 qts. warm filtered water
Note that coconut oil needs to stay above 75°Fahrenheit to remain in a liquid state.
Coral Calcium Enema
Try coral calcium in a solution of 2 oz.Coral Calcium blended well into
2 qts. warm filtered water. Some say the temperature should be 103°Fahrenheit, but that does not seem to be critical. Use warm water.***
Damiana enema
Damiana is well known in herbal circles as a general tonic for the nervous, hormonal, and reproductive systems.
There is an ancient reputation that it is as an aphrodisiac.
Some claim damiana tea has a relaxing effect not-unlike low doses of cannabis. That is relaxing effect. Do not expect to get a drug high.
As a baseline mix well 2 oz.Damiana into 2 qts. of warm water.
Epsom Salts Enema
Mix 4 tbsp. Epsom salts into 2 qts. of warm water (mix well)
