What are Some Other Enema Recipes?
Liquid chlorophyll is extremely soothing and nutritious, detoxifying and tends to kill candida.
I use sometimes a little cream of tartar. This has many other benefits too.
Your saline solution of a little salt and baking soda is good for this purpose, because it tends to make the colon inhospitable to candida.
Be careful with this one if you have high blood pressure.
If so, and you decide to use it, go very light with the salt-baking soda solution content. You just want, when you have high blood pressure, to make the enema water a little alkaline. It is not in this circumstance trying to dose yourself with salt and baking soda.
Some have use apple cider vinegar enemas.
But be carefull with that vinegar. Of course with my system, you will not be using a quart, but some say less than one tablespoon per quart. Figure on that as related down to the amount of water you use.
Take note … if you have dehydration issues your colon will tend to dry out even more with a vinegar enema. So, take a salt water enema after each “harsh” enema, like apple cider vinegar, to clean it out, don’t leave it in there.
Green Clay Enemas
Bentonite clay, which is popularly called green clay, is part of the ash released during volcanic erupts. This bentonite contains 20 or more minerals it on the earth help to mineralize the soil.
Indigenous peoples on every continent historically have used volcanic ash internally and externally. The extra fine molecule provides it with greater surface area for stronger adhesive or pulling power And beyond that, there is a negative charge which enables it to pick up positively charged toxic material which are then expelled in the feces. It does this without any known chemical action on the body.
Its work is simply physical. Because green clay’s absorption power is so strong, it is not believed to be absorbed into the body. It is doing absorbtion not being absorbed.
This clay first adsorbs toxins, like heavy metals, free radicals, pesticides, attracting them to its surface area where they [negative to positive] stick like flies on fly paper; then it sucks the toxins in like a sponge sops in water. This bentonite can absorb viruses, toxins, and pesticides and herbicides. Then the clay is passed out of the body with the attached toxins.
Some of the benefits that people report after using the clay for 2 to 4 weeks include improvement in intestinal regularity. There is reports also of relief from chronic constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, and ulcers. Another side effect is a surge in physical energy; clearer complexion; brighter, whiter eyes; enhanced alertness; emotional uplift; improved tissue and gum repair; and increased resistance to infections. Green clay positively affects the entire body.
Green clay’s strongest point may be its use as a general internal detoxification and cleansing agent.
One opinion on this comes from Keith Payne of White Rock Mineral Corporation in Springville, Utah. After realizing that the clay scrapes and cleans the lining of the colon, he says, “As the colon becomes cleaner, its ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients increases, making the minerals even more bioavailable, thus giving more energy.”
Add green clay to your enema of good water for many surprising benefits.
